About Feng Shui Ladies

Nancy Canestaro and Michelle Guay-Theoharis work individually and as a team to provide Feng Shui services to clients. Interior design and Feng Shui analyses are carried out reflecting classical Chinese Feng Shui principles from the traditions of Masters Larry Sang and Joey Yap, in particular, Landforms, Flying Stars, and Eight Mansions.

We also teach Feng Shui and interior design principles to academic, professional, and holistic health organizations. View our Events page for classes and workshops that are currently scheduled.

Nancy Canestaro, D. Arch.

Nancy CanestaroI live in Knoxville, Tennessee, and practice Feng Shui and space clearing professionally for clients all over the U.S. Michelle and I combine interior design with Feng Shui to reflect our clients’ personal styles. Remedies and enhancements are suggested to neutralize negative influences and strengthen positive energies already available in a building. The end result is a beautiful and nurturing residence or harmonious and prosperous workplace.

We also provide space clearing and dowsing services. I am currently authoring a guidebook showing step-by-step how to do Flying Stars and Eight Mansions energies as well as how to interpret the results.  Read more about Nancy…

Michelle Guay-Theoharis, ASID

michelle_guayThe tandem implementation of Interior Design and Feng Shui is like the blending of modern design principles with ancient energetic wisdom creating the ‘art’ of building interiors. As a professional Interior Designer, I integrate what is provided to produce an environment that is nurturing,  beneficial and pleasing to all who use it. In addition to implementing a Feng Shui Analysis of the structure, I combine enhancing elements with the use of each space, traffic or energy flow, color selection and placement, and furniture and accessory arrangement. This unifies the design layout of each area while at the same time flowing energetically into adjoining areas.

“Placement is everything”, and I find that creative use of basic design principles supports and enhances the elemental energy of Feng Shui and also conversely. The energy and artistic balance of an area can be felt. Therefore, I incorporate this intuitive approach in design work leaving each space with an immediate feeling ease and security, whether the area is a home or place of work.
