The remedies and enhancements we suggest are tailored to the needs of our clients and come from an in-depth analysis of their homes or places of work. Remedies are listed in the order of what we believe are the most important priorities for clients to address in order to align the energies of the building to the property/land and also to create greater harmony between everyone’s individual energies. Remedies should be implemented as soon as possible to achieve a positive change in the energy flow in the building.

Residential Consultation
For a nurturing home, a residential analysis includes:
- Compass reading outside for orientation of the building and basic energy patterns on the land
- Walk-through of the interior to assess beneficial and detrimental energies
- Floor plan generation describing nine sectors of energy using Flying Stars and Eight Mansions Feng Shui
- Feng Shui analysis and remedies for the property inside and out
- Analysis and written report of the energies inside the home to determine the effects on all occupants, including remedies and enhancements of the energies
- Annual updates once remedies are in place
- Initial analysis, $375; annual updates, $275; monthly updates for critical events, $100
- Floor plan generation, $100-$200, depending on complexity of the floor plan
Commercial or Business Consultation
For a prosperous and harmonious business, a commercial analysis includes:
- Compass reading outside for orientation of the building and basic energy patterns on the land
- Assessment of public spaces in the building to enhance positive energies and attract additional business
- Floor plan generation describing nine sectors of energy using Flying Stars and Eight Mansions Feng Shui
- Feng Shui analysis of the property inside and out
- Written report of the energies inside the business to determine effects on all occupants, including remedies and enhancements of the energies
- Remedies for greater harmony between co-workers and toward the public
- Annual updates once remedies are in place
- Initial analysis, $500 up to 3,000 square feet and $100 additional cost for each additional 1,000 square feet
- Annual updates $400
Mini Consultation for Home or Office
Onsite Feng Shui analysis completed in one visit of up to three hours. Cost: $300. Services include:
- Inspection and verification of building and property plat map dimensions (floor plan and plat provided by client)
- Production of a freehand proportional drawing of the building, including Feng Shui remedies and enhancements for the most frequently used areas of the building
- Priority discussion of remedies inside the building and outside on the property
- A one-half hour telephone or email consultation within the first 30 days after on-site visit
- Optional floor plan generation, $100-$200 additional, depending on complexity of the floor plan
Information Needed for a Feng Shui Analysis Includes:
- Year the building was built and date the current occupants moved in
- Information about previous occupants, i.e., how well they did while in residence
- Dates of any renovations or additions to the building, and what the changes were
- Compass orientation of the building on the site
- Floor plans of all levels of the building, preferably at 1/8″ scale = 1′-0″
- Birthday, month and year for all key people in the building
Space Clearing, Dowsing, Perelandra Processes and Young Living Essential Oils
- Energetic enhancements for a home or business are suggested at the site visit
- A full report is included detailing energy patterns and enhancements for the year
- Additional services, such as space clearings are available upon request
